PUBLIC ADJUSTER WITH FABBRO & COMPANY SETTLES VANDALISM CLAIM FOR $89,000 IN LAND O LAKES PASCO COUNTY.
This single-family, two-story rental property located in Land O Lakes, FL Pasco County, was vandalized by a disgruntled tenant who was in the process of being evicted. Almost every interior surface was damaged, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and plumbing fixtures were destroyed, and several areas were damaged by water left running by the tenant.
The out of town owner from Miami, knowing the complexity of the damage and amount of potential money involved, decided to retain a Public Adjuster to represent his interests. After interviewing several PA’s, he chose Dante Fabbro of Fabbro & Company to prepare, present, and negotiate his claim.

After receiving an incomplete estimate for repairs from the insurance company adjuster, Fabbro & Company was instructed to work directly with the company desk adjuster to reach a compromise.
After “back and forth” negotiations, a final settlement was reached in the amount of $89,000 or approximately 65% more than what was reflected in the field adjuster’s initial estimate.
