OWNER RETAINS FABBRO & COMPANY – PUBLIC INSURANCE ADJUSTERS, TO ASSESS, PRESENT, AND SETTLE DUPLEX FIRE LOSS CLAIM IN REDINGTON SHORES, FL
This duplex, located in Redington Shores, Pinellas County, FL, was damaged by fire, water, and smoke as a result of a kitchen-related accident. After an initial consultation with Dante Fabbro, the owner decided to give the Auto-Owners Insurance Company field adjuster one week to provide her with his estimate of damages. This was another textbook case of an owner rejecting pressure from multiple restoration contractors (some of whom were recommended by Auto-Owners) to immediately hire them and assign all their insurance proceeds. Instead, a comprehensive agreement on scope and cost was reached with the insurance company and full payment was received giving the owner complete flexibility on who to hire and how to spend the proceeds.
